This Paso Robles Clairette Blanche is a small-production release—just 75 cases—and one people tend to seek out vintage after vintage. Golden in the glass, it opens with aromas of fresh thyme, honeysuckle, and soft orchard blossom. On the palate, Pink Lady and Fuji apple are layered with a subtle honeyed note and gentle florals. Barrel fermented in neutral French oak, it shows a supple texture balanced by bright acidity and a refined mineral edge, finishing clean and lifted.
