This Adelaida District Cabernet Sauvignon is a small-production release—just 48 cases—and one that continues to stand out vintage after vintage. Deep ruby-purple, with aromas of black currant, ripe black cherry, and subtle raspberry, alongside notes of cedar, tobacco, graphite, and dried herbs. On the palate, ripe blackberry and dark plum with hints of baking spice and a mineral core. Co-fermented with Syrah and aged in new French oak, it is full-bodied with fine, grippy tannins and a long finish.
