2023 Serial El Pomar District Clairette Blanche
From the rolling hills of Paso Robles’ El Pomar District comes Serial’s inaugural Clairette Blanche—a rare and expressive white wine shaped by its unique terroir. Golden in the glass, it opens with vibrant aromas of key lime, pineapple cake, pear, and honeycomb, accented by delicate florals and macadamia nut. The palate unfolds with layers of Honeycrisp apple, white stone fruit, and cherimoya, woven with hints of chamomile, white pepper, and river stone. A textured entry gives way to bright acidity and elegant minerality, finishing with a balanced persistence of honeyed depth and high-toned freshness. Only 75 cases produced.
