The 2021 Serial Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles is deeply perfumed with mulberries, wild blackberries, cedar, and tobacco leaf, carrying a full-bodied palate of plum confit, dried herbs, and dark chocolate. A bold, rich Cabernet framed by firm tannins with vibrant acidity. Aged in 50% new oak (equal split French and American).

Vintage Notes:

The 2021 growing season was a winemaker’s dream in Paso Robles. Cool spring conditions yielded to warm and steady summer temperatures, followed by moderate weather into harvest. Patience was required as the grapes reached full maturity and the payoff was worth the wait--excellent fruit structure and beautifully-balanced flavors. A true standout vintage for Paso Robles.
