Paso Robles’ Estrella District is known for its dynamic growing conditions—warm inland days tempered by cool Pacific breezes. At Deseo Vineyard, this interplay of elements shapes a rosé that is both vibrant and refined. Crafted entirely from estate-grown Syrah, this vintage presents a pale, luminous hue, offering aromas of white peach, hibiscus, and rose petal. On the palate, fresh tangerine and white cherry unfold with a soft minerality, while a whisper of blue flower and lavender lingers through the finish. Stainless steel aging preserves the purity of the fruit, resulting in a wine that is both layered and endlessly refreshing. Only 150 cases produced.

Vintage Notes:

The 2024 growing season began with ample winter rain, preparing the vines for a slow, steady ripening. A cool spring delayed bud break, while intense summer warmth pushed ripening forward, leading to a vintage with exceptional balance. The resulting fruit from Deseo Vineyard delivered a rosé with expressive aromatics, crisp acidity, and a distinct sense of place.
